Mind2Muscle and Spark Collaborate to Enhance Client Support Through Innovative App Integration
Community & Business Partners (CBP) is thrilled to announce a groundbreaking collaboration between two of its members, Mind2Muscle and Spark. This partnership aims to leverage Spark’s innovative wellbeing app to enhance support for clients at Mind2Muscle, particularly in the areas of mental health and rehabilitation.
Mind2Muscle, founded by Charlotte Maria and headquartered in Blackburn, focuses on providing tailored interventions for individuals with neurological and physical conditions. Recognised by prestigious organisations like The National Lottery and Sports England, Mind2Muscle has established itself as a Centre of Excellence, dedicated to improving the wellbeing, confidence, and self-esteem of children and adults from diverse backgrounds. The charity has prioritised mental health and social inclusion, especially since the onset of COVID-19, as these factors significantly impact long-term health outcomes.
In search of an app that could effectively support her clients, Charlotte was introduced to Spark through the CBP network. Spark offers a completely anonymous app that monitors employee wellbeing, helping users find avenues for support and preventative measures for their mental health. Notably, Charlotte realised that Spark’s app could also be instrumental in-patient rehabilitation, allowing healthcare professionals to input real-time exercises tailored to their clients’ needs.
Currently, the app is being trialled by four Mind2Muscle clients, with early results indicating positive outcomes. This collaboration exemplifies the power of networking within the CBP community and showcases how member organisations can work together to deliver enhanced services and support to their clients.
Charlotte Maria expressed her enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, “The collaboration with Spark has been a game-changer for us at Mind2Muscle. Having a tool that not only monitors wellbeing but also supports real-time rehabilitation is invaluable for our clients. It’s fantastic to see technology making such a positive impact on both mental and physical health, and we’re excited to continue integrating it into our services.”
To further support company mental health initiatives, Spark have offered CBP members 3 months of free access to the Spark app during November, December and January. This exclusive offer allows members to experience the benefits of the app firsthand and enhance their support for employee wellbeing.
Jawad Bhatti, founder of Spark, emphasised this initiative, stating, ‘“Employees can tend to succumb to mental and physical exhaustion during the festive season and according to one statistic, be up to 68% less productive. By employees getting access to our holistic wellbeing app, we can work towards keeping their mental, physical, social and financial wellbeing boosted as much as possible during this difficult period.”
The collaboration between Mind2Muscle and Spark highlights the innovative solutions that emerge when organisations work together, underscoring the mission of Community & Business Partners to foster collaboration and growth among its members.
